We couldn't be happier with our experience getting our dog, Roman, from TrueNorth Sheepadoodles. From the beginning, we knew we had found a breeder who truly cares about the well-being of their puppies.
Roman was raised in a loving home environment, surrounded by children, which made a huge difference in his socialization. He loves kids!
The puppies were fed high quality food and Heidi was helpful with his aftercare. Throughout the process, we received frequent updates and pictures of Roman, which made us feel connected even before bringing him home.
Now, two years later, Roman is a registered therapy dog and travels with us everywhere. He brings joy not only to our family but also to all the kids he visits at school.
We are beyond grateful to TrueNorth Sheepadoodles for giving us such a charismatic dog. If you're looking for a thoughtful, responsible breeder who raises their puppies with love , we definitely recommend them.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Heidi and her family. They helped us from the very beginning with our sweet Murphy girl, to almost 4 years later, we stay in touch. In fact her daughter’s dog sit for us when we got away. From sending me training videos, to helping with food and teaching me about raw food, sending adventures photos, and continuing to be major support. If I had the room I would love to home all the dogs! Murphy girl was spent her first few weeks completed loved in a home, she transition into our home so easily as they had done the difficult part of night crate training! Thank you Heidi and family for helping create our greatest joy!

We adopted Bumble in 2021 and a year later adopted Gus in 2022 from True North Sheepadoodles. That should tell you everything you need to know right there. They are amazing!
Heidi and her family of helpers really go above and beyond. Every few days Heidi would send us photos and updates on how they were progressing and socializing the puppies with various things like a vacuum, the hair blow dryer, touching the puppies paws, mouth, getting them used to kids.
Clearly Heidi makes your future family member a part of her family from the very moment they are born. They are loved puppies raised in a loving household from day one.
Heidi also went above and beyond by providing video tips on how to prepare for the puppy, things to buy for the puppy, things to shop for the puppy, what type of food to give the puppy.
This made for a very easy transition into our home environment. Bumble and Gus arrived very socialized and super easy going pups to live with!
Heidi has continued to check in and over the years has become a close family friend that we continue to regularly keep in touch with.

We got our sweet Angel Lottie from True North Sheepadoodles, and we couldn’t be happier! Lottie is not only incredibly intelligent but also unbelievably kind and gentle —truly a perfect match for our family. We have two beautiful doodles from Heidi at True North Sheepadoodles and could not be more grateful for them! Heidi is dedicated to the wellbeing of each dog and takes incredible care of the puppies while they are in her home; she also continues to offer guidance and support once they move into their forever homes, even years later! Bumble -2025
Heidi was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. She spent 40 minutes with us over Facetime, letting us watch the puppies play and interact so we could choose the one that best fit our lifestyle. She went above and beyond by keeping our little Bumble for an additional three weeks in her board-and-train program. During his time with her, we received daily updates on what he was learning and doing. I absolutely loved this—it helped us feel connected to our puppy long before he came home.
Bumble arrived to us at 11 weeks old, and his manners for such a young pup amazed us. He never jumps on people, came fully crate-trained, was already comfortable on a leash and so much more. He has this happy-go-lucky personality that makes us laugh everyday, yet he’s incredibly relaxed for a puppy—our vet even commented how calm he is. And he’s smart! Bumble picks up on training and command cues so quickly.
The level of time, care, and attention Heidi puts into raising her puppies is something I’ll forever rave about to anyone who asks about Bumble. He has settled into our home as if he’d always belonged here. We are beyond grateful to have found True North Sheepadoodles—and Bumble!
